CPH provided survey, civil, architectural, and traffic engineering services for the redevelopment of the Fountains Shopping Center in Plantation, Florida. Total project improvements included over 240,000 SF of new restaurant, retail and commercial development. New streetscape retail was designed to transform the center into a more pedestrian friendly environment.

Marshalls HomeGoods (52 LF of facade upgrades) Improvements include two pairs of automatic sliding doors, adjacent storefront framing, brick columns, entry awning, stucco, paint and accent lighting.

Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts (32,000 SF)

Improvements include 12’ wide automatic sliding doors with adjacent storefront framing and transom above, brick columns, new walkway canopy, a truck loading area, stucco, fresh paint, accent lighting and interior drywall.
